How can I place an international order?

Placing an international order with us is super easy. Just add the product(s) of your choice to cart and choose from the available payment options. Our international shipping is currently limited to the USA, but we’re working hard to deliver to more countries soon. Please note that since your order will travel a long, long way to be with you, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on international orders. Please refer to the international order FAQs for further details
Can I exchange or return an international order?

At the moment, we don’t offer exchanges or returns on international orders. We definitely want you to be happy with your sawsee buy though, so please reach out to us for help picking the size, fabric or style for you.
What are the shipping charges for an international order?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products. This amount is added to your cart value and is visible at the time of checkout.
How do I track my international order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Return/Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy

-Time Free Exchange: We offer a one-time free size/product exchange per order. Please ensure you refer to the size chart carefully before making your purchase.
2- Exchange (Same Order): If you wish to exchange the product again from the same order, an additional ₹100 exchange fee will be applicable.
Exchange Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Product Availability: Exchange is subject to stock availability. In case the requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.
Return Policy

Prepaid Orders: Refunds for returned items will be processed to the original payment method. We will initiate the refund process within 48 hours after the product is picked up. It may take upto 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Reverse Pickups

Serviceable Areas: Reverse pickup will be arranged at your location if courier service is available.
Non-Serviceable Areas: If your area is non-serviceable, kindly self-ship the product via India Post. We will reimburse ₹70 towards shipping cost incase of self-ship once the product passes quality check.
Pickup Attempts: A maximum of 3 pickup attempts will be made within 24–48 hours of your return/exchange request. Please ensure availability to avoid delays.

What are the payment options?

You can pay via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallets, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery or even store credits
How do I know that my payment was successful?

You’ll get an order confirmation notification if your payment has gone through and the order is confirmed!
What are the delivery charges?

We charge a delivery fee only for COD (Cash on Delivery) options
- COD has a nominal fee.
